The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. You can also swim in their pool and slide down the water slide. Lots of fun! You can also avail of the fitness room. I will go back again. January 23 2026 This is my third stay. They are currently undergoing renovations. It is beautiful. I love this hotel. Close to Health Science Centre.
Crisp clean rooms and very updated. The staff greeting you makes the whole deal! They're amazing. Super friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable and well informed. Could not ask for better service anywhere! The rooms are large and very very comfy. Everything you need is right where you expect it to be and you want for nothing. Love it!
Everything is what to expect from a hotel- average. Nothing special. Breakfast was just Ok. Only inconvenience is to turn right out of the parking lot during the week!!! Tons of traffic so just go right, take your first left into a business U-turn and continue on your way.
Beautiful building in a very convenient location close to Avalon mall, Starbucks, Walmart, Sobeys, RBC, Staples and more. Food is also excellent from Fionn's, the restaurant close by.
Great check in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean, even the lights in the hallway were dust free. Great breakfast with eggs, sausages, potatoes and selection of carbs.

We recently visited St. John’s from Nova Scotia for a Senior Girls Basketball Tournament, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. The rooms were excellent, the staff was accommodating, and the overall experience was outstanding. I would like to give a special acknowledgement to Leeanne in Sales. I reached out to several hotels in the area, and she was by far the most responsive and helpful while we planned our trip. Our group would also like to extend a shout-out to Andrew, who works the night shift. He handled our team’s late-night energy in the lobby with patience and professionalism. He has a real talent for engaging with guests—especially the kids, who were excited to enjoy their time with friends. Five stars all around!
